Think of the offerings there as free samples for the mind, a nice introduction to current non-ficition authors across a wide variety of disciplines. Some of the less disciplined (i.e. less rigid) authors can be even more stimulating. They speak in their own unique voice, telling it like it is, without pomposity or posing.
